Return Policy
We want you to love your R3SLNC gear. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return
- Sale items may have different return terms
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hinnawiward1@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return
- If your return is eligible, we'll provide return instructions
- Package your item securely and ship it back
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange if the size is in stock.
